The living room after removing the old sheetrock, which someone had hung in double layers with few screws. And why the spotty insulation??


The kitchen after demolition.


An electrical junction box found in the kitchen. Someone filled it with drywall mud instead of putting on a metal cover. Wtf?


Brian and Jake pushed over the old dining area wall (literally) to make way for the addition.
